Ir. William Yapeter

Start as a contractor and an architect in 1988. Building houses, factories and warehouses in both Makassar and Surabaya. And in early 90’s he moved to Surabaya and started to build villas in Trawas – East Java by joining in the family business which have developed a 120 Ha villa real estate.

Ir. Alexander Kato Berlian

Similar to William, Alex also has a background as a contractor and an architect who has plenty of experiences building houses and villas. One of the most well known villas he built is Kayu Manis Private Villa & Spa in Ubud, Bali. Other successful villa he built is Villa Kecapi Bali and Melita (the Gangsa – Sanur). Alex and William have been working together for years, until now both of them still working together building luxurious houses in Surabaya.
